These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of https://thesystemdesign.in (the “Site”), run by Gowtham as The System Design (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
The Site publishes articles, diagrams and examples about software system design for learning and reference. You may read, share links to and print articles for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You agree not to:
- copy or republish whole articles, diagrams or other content without our written permission;
- scrape, mirror or bulk-download the Site, or use automated tools that put an unreasonable load on it;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its server or any connected system;
- use the Site for anything unlawful, harmful or misleading.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, all content on the Site, including text, diagrams, illustrations and code examples, is owned by The System Design and protected by copyright. You may quote a short excerpt with clear attribution and a link to the original article. Code snippets may be used in your own projects at your own risk.
Company names, product names and logos mentioned on the Site belong to their owners. We use them only to describe and discuss their publicly documented systems. This does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, those companies.
Comments and submissions
If you post a comment or send us a message, you are responsible for what you write. Please be respectful and stay on topic. We may edit, refuse or remove any comment, for example spam, personal attacks or off-topic promotion. By posting a comment, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the Site.
Advertising and third-party links
The Site shows advertising and may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content, products, services or privacy practices of third-party websites or advertisers. Your dealings with them are solely between you and them.
